For the couple who has made some progress, but could use expert guidance to bring their big day all together, we offer a partial planning package. We help refine the details, fill the gaps, offer vendor recommendations and logistical coordination to help you reach the end of the aisle!

Thank you so much for considering With Love, Hailey to be a part of your wedding journey! I'm Hailey, your dedicated planner and designer, here to make your special day beautifully organized, deeply personal, and truly unforgettable.
My passion for creative design and planning started with my own wedding. Through the process, I came to realize the important balance of making each moment unique and dreamy, while also carefully organized. Thoughtfully crafted spreadsheets and creative visions don't typically go hand-in-hand, but these are my two strengths.
Behind every well-orchestrated wedding is a powerhouse team, and I’m lucky to have two of the best! Sara, my right-hand gal and day-of guru, makes sure everything runs smoother than a perfectly steamed satin gown. She’s calm, collected, and has an eye for detail that keeps the day stress-free. Then there’s Ian—my brilliant engineer husband—who brings the logic, problem-solving, and occasional dad joke to keep things fun. Together, we balance creativity, precision, and just the right amount of humor to make your wedding day *chef’s kiss*.

FAQs
How far in advance should we book your services?
I recommend reaching out as soon as you’re ready—most couples book full or partial planning 12–18 months before their wedding, while day-of coordination is usually secured 4–6 months out. The earlier we connect, the better I can support your vision and lock in availability!
How many weddings do you take on per weekend?
To give each couple the attention they deserve, I typically book just one wedding per weekend.
Do you work with preferred vendors only?
I have a list of trusted vendors I love to recommend, but I’m happy to work with any vendor you choose—as long as they’re professional and reliable!
Do you travel outside of Columbus, Ohio?
Yes! While I'm based in Columbus, I’m happy to travel for weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on the location—just let me know your venue, and I’ll provide a customized quote.
What happens after I inquire?
After your initial email, I’ll schedule a free consultation call so we can talk through your needs, answer your questions, and see if we’re a great fit. From there, you’ll receive a custom proposal and contract to get officially booked!
How does payment work?
I require a retainer to reserve your date, with the remaining balance typically split into two additional payments. Payment plans can be flexible—just ask!
Do you work with all budgets?
I work with a range of budgets and will always be honest about what’s realistic based on your guest count and vision. My goal is to help you maximize your investment and spend where it matters most.
Will you be there on the wedding day?
Yes! If you book full planning or partial planning, I’ll personally be there on your wedding day to oversee the timeline, manage vendors, and handle any unexpected issues—so you don’t have to lift a finger.
For day-of coordination, either I or my trusted day-of guru, Sara, will be there to support you. You’ll know exactly who to expect, and you’ll work directly with Sara or me throughout the entire process. Our goal is to make sure you feel fully confident and comfortable with the person by your side on your big day!
